These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by out of Alice – Alice Baldini, Stylist Refiner, an image consultant specialising in Colour Analysis, Body Shape Analysis, Personal Styling, Wardrobe Edit, Decluttering, Personal Shopping and combined consultancy packages. By using the services, the client fully accepts the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
The consultant provides professional image and styling services, including but not limited to:
Colour Analysis
Body Shape Analysis
Personal Style Consultancy
Wardrobe Edit
Decluttering
Personal Shopping
Brand Partnerships & Corporate Styling
Combined packages (Fundamentals, Restyling Kit, Complete Package, etc.)
Free discovery call
All services are advisory and informational in nature and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic or diagnostic treatment.
2. Booking Process
Bookings may be made via:
the website contact form,
email,
discovery call.
Clients are required to specify their needs, type of service requested and availability. A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon written confirmation by the consultant.
3. Payments
Payment must be made according to the methods communicated at the time of booking. Services will be provided only after full payment has been received.
Any additional costs (e.g. travel expenses, purchases, extra services) will be communicated and agreed in advance.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after this time, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the amount paid.
One rescheduling request may be accepted, subject to the consultant’s availability.
As the services are personalised, no refunds are available once the consultancy has commenced.
In the case of service packages, unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Gift Cards
Gift Cards are valid exclusively for the services specified at the time of purchase.
They are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
They may be transferred to third parties subject to prior notification to the consultant.
6. In-Person vs Online Services
In-person services
Mandatory for Colour Analysis, strongly recommended for Body Shape Analysis, and advised for Wardrobe Edit and Decluttering.
When services are provided at the client’s premises, the client must ensure a suitable environment, including adequate space, natural lighting and safe conditions.
When services take place at the consultant’s location, the consultant shall ensure an equally suitable and professional environment.
Online services
Certain services may be delivered remotely, depending on their nature.
The quality of the assessment may be affected by lighting, camera quality and image resolution.
The client is responsible for ensuring an adequate internet connection and technical equipment.
7. Materials Provided
Any reports, colour palettes, documents, photographs or other materials provided are intended for personal use only.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly share such materials without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
The consultant shall not be liable for:
purchasing decisions made independently by the client,
outcomes not aligned with the client’s personal expectations,
technical issues experienced by the client during online sessions.
The consultancy services do not replace medical, psychological or diagnostic treatments.
9. Privacy Policy
Data Controller: Alice Baldini
Data collected:
Personal details (name, email address, phone number);
Information voluntarily provided regarding lifestyle, preferences and needs;
Images or photographs shared for consultancy purposes.
Purpose of processing:
delivery of requested services;
booking management;
preparation and delivery of personalised materials and reports;
service-related communications;
administrative and fiscal obligations.
Legal basis for processing:
performance of a contract;
user consent;
legal obligations.
Data retention: Personal data is retained only for the time necessary to provide services and comply with legal and administrative requirements.
Data sharing: Data is not shared with third parties except where required for essential service providers (e.g. payment processors) or by law.
User rights: Clients have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and request data portability.

10. Use of Images and Content
With the client’s explicit consent, images or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written request via email.
11. Amendments to the Terms
The consultant reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.

1. Are the services guaranteed?
No specific results are guaranteed, as style and aesthetic perception are subjective.
2. Can I request a refund if I change my mind?
No. Services are personalised and non-refundable once confirmed or commenced.
3. Will my photos be used online?
Only with your explicit consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Can I transfer my Gift Card?
Yes, provided the consultant is notified in advance to update client details.
5. How is my personal data handled?
